In 2005, Daniel Powter ruled the world with his Mucho Mega hit "Bad Day", which became the best selling digital single in the US... ever. Powter is back this fall with his new album "Under The Rader" that he crafted with producer extraordinaire and former 4 Non Blond-er Linda Perry.

I'm looking forward to this album, and am also glad to see him wearing something other than a skully cap that he wore EVERYWHERE throughout the entire run of "Bad Day".

Justin Nozuka

Just recently came across Justin Nozuka.

Half Japanese, half American Justin Nozuka was born in New York and grew up in Toronto. Raised by a single mother, Justin was the sixth of seven children, where all four of his brothers are artists in some form. As a teen, he spun Motown, folk and hip-hop as he fleshed out his music skills learning guitar with his Mexican friends at boarding school.

He's got a real sweet acoustic soul vibe and I'm digging it. His debut album, "Holly", is out now and is a nice slice of ear candy for the terminally hip. ;)
